Delivery Information
Shipping
We always try to ship your order as soon as possible. Most items will be sent within three working days. However some items may be temporarily out of stock, so we ask you to allow up to ten working days for delivery.
You may receive separate packages which arrive on different days. If you are not normally at home during the day, we can deliver the order to your office or neighbours. When delivering to an alternative address we may need to carry out additional credit card security checks which can delay despatch by a day.

Postage and Packing
We offer you a special Internet delivery rate which is auto calculated on orders. No matter how many items the order comprises. For orders over £100, delivery is FREE!
This charge is automatically added to your order when you have entered your address and payment details, and the final total will be displayed before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
If you created an account when you placed your order you will be able to track your order online. We will also send you an email when your goods are despatched, containing the delivery tracking number.
If you did not create an account when you ordered, please contact our customer services team to track your order.
Delivery Address
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other parcel delivery service, and will need to be signed for on delivery.You can specify any delivery address within the UK, e.g your home, your neighbour's, your workplace or anywhere else you like. We may need to carry out additional security checks if the delivery address is different to that cardholder address, which can occasionally delay your order by one day. In certain cases we may also need to send a customer copy of the receipt to the cardholder's address asking them to contact us before we despatch the goods.
Non UK Orders
We currently only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses paid for using UK credit cards.
